Terms of use

1. Provider

onefifty is operated by Jeremy Berenbrink, Germany (hello@onefiftycrew.de).

2. Service

onefifty is a free app for planning and sharing workouts with friends and tracking your active minutes. There is no entitlement to a particular level of availability or specific features. We may develop, change or discontinue the app.

3. Account

You need an account to use the app. You must be at least 16 years old. Your information must be accurate and you must keep your password secret. One account per person is permitted.

4. Your content

You are responsible for sessions, names, profile photos and other content you post. You grant us the right to store this content and display it to your friends insofar as necessary for the app.

6. Reporting, blocking and suspension

You can report and block people in the app. We generally review reports within 24 hours. In case of violations, we may remove content and suspend accounts temporarily or permanently.

7. Health

onefifty does not replace medical advice. Exercise within your capabilities. Participation in sessions is at your own responsibility. Bookings with class providers (e.g. BEAT81) are made directly with the provider; we are not a party to them.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage. Liability is otherwise excluded.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may terminate use for good cause, in particular for violations of section 5.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you in the app of material changes.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
